Zak started repairing devices for friends and family as a child and hasn't lost his passion since, now boasting over 10 years of industry experience and a wealth of knowledge. Zak formalised his experience with an HNC in IT and this has added to his knowledge of the various devices that we encounter and repair. Any customer who has come across Zak will know that he is friendly, and approachable and his excellent customer service. In his spare time, Zak has a passion for and partakes in Woodcraft and Blacksmithing!
