Very friendly and helpful staff. Very quick (done in an hour) and very good quality repair that was much cheaper than taking my daughter’s phone to Apple. Excellent place to get devices repaired.EditNow on my second visit it Iphix this year after they replaced my daughters iPhone screen. My Daughters IPad Air 4 didn’t charge after she used a cheap non-apple charger at a friends house. Took it down to Iphix as I thought she had fried the charge port. They did a quick inspection and didn’t think this was the case. I left it in with them and they diagnosed that the main board had been damaged. Iphix kept me updated and gave accurate quotes before completing any work. I was happy to pay to have the board repaired as it was still much cheaper than buying even a second hand iPad. They were very knowledgeable and made me aware that this issue is common with USB C port iPads. Would highly recommend Iphix.

Iphix were able to recover photos and data from my phone in September for a reasonable price. My screen was completely unusable after dropping it but they went above and beyond to get the data off the phone. They were able to put it directly on to my new phone but also offered to put it on a memory pen as an alternative. The process took less than a week and communication was great throughout

Brilliant service from Tom and the rest of the staff!!!! Had an emergency and was able to get my S22 Ultra screen replaced in around an hour with a Grade C screen (which i opted for) for £110 cheaper than a brand new one and this screen basically looks brand new!!! Great!! 10/10

Staff at iPhix were incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Lee was a great help tried multiple treatments to get the broken screen working again. Communication was excellent and I was asked about how much I was willing to spend and all the work done to the phone was explained clearly. They were not able to fix the screen so I wasn't charged as they have a no fix no fee policy - very helpful and highly recommend!

I recently had my wife leave my phone to get repaired at iPhix, as I was having serious issues, and I was worried I would need to buy a new one. Thankfully, Lee at iPhix quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. I had taken my google pixel phone in as the screen was really lifted up on one side. Stevie the guy who served me told me straight away what was wrong. I needed a new battery and screen fixed back into position. Stevie had this all done within half an hour. Absolutely fantastic service at a reasonable price. What an absolutely brilliant place. The guys, Shane and Stevie were fantastic. Recovered all the data Photos, contacts, notes, calenders, emails etc, from my wife's water damaged phone, was able to access her what's app and back it up before installing it on her new phone. Skilled, knowledgeable but very friendly and courteous!! A wonderful wonderful service. Highly recommend for data recovery and all things phone rescue. Thanks guys!!

I must say, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending iPhix to anyone. I phoned and got Stevie, who detailed everything I needed to know and costs of replacing a screen. Called in today, worked out cheaper as it was an older phone than I thought. Stevie had the screen replaced and cleared lint from my own phone charging point in 45 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a better job and the phone is working great.Really helpful and professional. Worth the drive into Belfast.

I found the staff very friendly and very helpful. They treated me kindly. Tom and Naomi where great to deal with. Naomi helped with getting the laptop booked in quickly and Tom found a quick fix without charging a penny. I tried to contribute to the company but he preferred a review which I was glad to help with. I recommend this company for all technical needs and issues. I went to Castle Street, Belfast branch.
