I recently had a software problem on my phone where it wouldn’t let me unlock it. When I brought it into iPhix Tech NI they said it was a strange one as they hadn’t come across it and told me I would likely need to factory reset the phone losing years of photos and other important data thankfully after working on it Shane was able to sort the problem out and the software for me without losing any of my data defo couldn’t recommend them enough.
